Backyard Bible Club
Backyard Bible Clubs are coming to a neighborhood near you this summer! Since we are building all summer long and cannot host VBS, we decided this would provide us with a great opportunity as the body of Christ, to reach out to our neighbors. We need many of you to volunteer to be a host home and invite your neighbor’s kids to come for a Backyard Bible Club (sort of an at home VBS!).
Sunday School
With joy, we strive to teach the next generation the Word of God. We use Generations of Grace curriculum that is designed to walk the student through both the Old and New Testament over three years.
Throughout the school year during each service, classes are available for children 2nd grade and younger. Classes for 3rd to 5th grade are available during the 8:15 & 9:45 service. The nursery is always open!
Sunday School classes attend Children’s Church with their teachers that includes singing, puppets, and group activities followed by the return to classrooms for detailed teaching of the lesson. The students are challenged with memory verses and Catechism during their time in the classroom.
Warriors 2021-2022
Warriors is a Children’s Ministry program that meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Warriors begins September 7th and runs through March 29th for children ages 4 (as of Sept 1st.) through 5th grade.
Our program exists to have specific gospel sharing opportunities with the children of our church and community. Engaging, age-appropriate expository teaching is the springboard for disciple-making relationships. Small groups, object lessons, games and songs fill the Wednesday Warrior evening with an active schedule to proclaim Christ.
